GPS Luxembourgish digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery or access, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, are unable to access your purchase, or believe you were charged in error, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
